Is this a course or a program?
No. There are no modules to work through. It is direct one‑on‑one work with me on your real situation, your team and your decisions.
How much time do I need?
One weekly session of 60 minutes, plus the time it takes to apply what we work on. WhatsApp access is there whenever you need it.
Are there extra calls beyond the weekly session?
No. The kickoff and the weekly sessions are the calls. Between them, you reach me daily on WhatsApp by text and voice.
Is there a payment plan?
No. The investment is $5,000, paid in one payment upfront, and only after I have accepted your application.
Can my company pay for it?
Many leaders use a company development budget for this kind of coaching. If you need specific documents for that, mention it in your application.
Why only 10 leaders at a time?
Daily access and weekly sessions only work if I have real capacity for each person. Ten is that limit.
